Explore the IREB’s CPRE – Advanced Level, RE@Agile syllabus and learn about international standards, methods, and techniques for Requirements Engineering in an Agile environment. This workshop also prepares you for the exam to earn the globally recognized IREB certificate.
The workshop is suitable for you if you have been involved in Requirements Engineering for some time, you want to delve further into applying it within an Agile process and/or want to obtain the internationally recognized IREB Certificates.
This training is meant for:
- Requirements Engineers, Business Analysts, Information Analysts and Functional Designers
- Architects, developers, scrum team members, product owners, Scrum masters and anyone who wants to delve into Requirements Engineering in an Agile context
A foundational understanding of Requirements Engineering and Agile methodologies is expected. Candidates for the CPRE Advanced Level module examination must already have received the CPRE Foundation Level certificate.

The International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB) is a leading nonprofit organization that aims to advance the Requirements discipline. IREB has established a Certification Program for Requirements Engineering (CPRE), which is recognized worldwide. The exams are administered by the International Software Quality Institute (iSQI).
The program consists of three levels:
- Foundation Level
- Advanced Level
- Practitioner Certificate
- Specialist Certificate
- Expert Level
This course will prepare you for the exam CPRE – Advanced Level, RE@Agile. You will meet the criteria set by IREB and learn the international standards, methods and techniques for in the field of Requirements Engineering in an Agile environment.

2.3 Themes, epics, features & user stories
2.4 Splitting & grouping techniques
3. Estimating and prioritizing requirements, e.g.
3.1 Business value
3.2 Minimal viable product
3.3 Minimal marketable product
4. Dealing with requirements within an iterative development process in a small multidisciplinary team.
5. Scaling up to larger projects with multiple teams through frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, NEXUS and the Spotify model.
