The Project Management Institute (PMI), founded in 1969, is the most prestigious organization in the profession, and acquiring their qualifications guarantees that your expertise will be recognized worldwide.

The Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) qualification may be the right choice for less experienced project managers, project co-ordinators and fresh graduates in order to launch their careers in project management.

For exam application:

  • at least a secondary education and
  • 23 hours of structured project management training, a requirement which is fully covered by participating in our course, OR
  • 1,500 hours of project experience, which must be proved by filling in the project sheets on the international PMI portal.

The CAPM® live online training (35 contact hours) contain: 

2,5 day virtual, live sessions where we cover all the required topics needed to successfully pass the exam. During the three days the participants solve approx. 150 test questions similar to the real exam, which are evaluated with the help of a CAPM® certified trainer.

After the sessions, we provide ~3.000 test questions, additional learning materials, and a 200-question exam simulation for individual study.

4-hour exam simulation evaluation session to discuss the problematic topics.

Unlimited free one-on-one consultations – our most important KPI is the success rate, no limitations, if you need help we are available.

PMI exam administration support– we gladly help you with the registration and we also provide templates on how to administer your projects.

To successfully pass the exam, it is essential to get routine in test-taking, therefore up until the exam we continuously support the participants. Our CAPM® exam prep courses satisfy the prerequisite of 35 contact hours set by the PMI.

The CAPM exam consists of 150 multiple choice questions to be answered in 3 hours. You can take the exam several times each week in different venues, and starting from 2018 you can also take it from home with a webcam and a microphone. The test items typically test your lexical knowledge, the difficulty level of which matches the infamously hard exams of PMI.
