The aim of the training program is to enable our attendees to acquire the necessary knowledge for PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner qualifications by taking part in our 5-day course. Both exams are included in the price.

The course is recommended for project managers, team leaders, coordinators, analysts, quality assurance staff, but it can be a great point of departure for junior project managers and all those who:

- manage or take part in projects,

- wish to learn about PRINCE2® methodology,

- wish to obtain the qualification recognized worldwide.

Knowledge of the English language is a prerequisite for the training because the language of the course material and the language of the qualifying exams is also English.

 Project management came about as a result of the need to coordinate more and more complex projects, sometimes even different professional fields, as well as tight deadlines, the need for accurate planning, reuseability and generalizability. In order to satisfy these demands, several organizations have tried to provide solutions since the 1960s and the current methodologies are the result of decades of development and continuous updating. The two best known methodologies, PMI^® and PRINCE2^®, follow a similar approach. However, they differ somewhat regarding details.

The attendees of our intensive course will learn about the widely used PRINCE2^® methodology in detail, as well as its key elements. The PRINCE2^® methodology was developed in the United Kingdom and it was published in 1996 as the fruit of the work of about 150 European organizations. Its current version can be used generally and for a wide range of projects.

During the first 3 days of the 5-day intensive course we present the theory and practice of PRINCE2^® methodology, thus preparing attendees for AXELOS’s PRINCE2^® Foundation international certification exam. During the following 2 days our attendees prepare for the PRINCE2^® Practitioner certification exam as well.

This course incorporates a combination of an instructor-led training as well as a remotely monitored qualification exam. The Foundation and the Practitioner certifications can be obtained online at a preferred date and time after attending the instructor-led training.

PRINCE2^® Foundation Examination Format:

- Exam available in English,
- Multiple choice questions,
- 60 questions per paper,
- 33 marks required (out of a total of 60) to pass: 55%,
- One hour's (60 minutes) duration,
- Closed book.

PRINCE2^® Practitioner Examination Format:

- PRINCE2® Foundation certification is prerequisite for participation in the Practitioner exam

- Exam available in 13 languages

- Objective testing

- 68 questions per paper

- 38 marks or more required to pass (out of 68 available): approximately 55%

- Two-and-a-half hours’ (150 minutes) duration, no additional reading time

- Open book. Only the official printed hard copy of the Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2^® 2017 Edition is allowed.

This PRINCE2^® training course is fully accredited by PeopleCert and includes the Foundation and Practitioner exams in the course fee.

The price of the course includes the exam fees of 321.000 HUF + VAT, which contains compulsorily a digital textbook (eBook) as well as the official training material.
Using Take2 option if you pay 19.500 HUF + VAT, / exam you can resit the exam one additional time.

The PRINCE2® 2017 exam vouchers valid till the end of 2024 December.

The PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation and Practitioner certificate has an expiry period of 3 years. Candidates wishing to maintain their certified status must resit their practitioner examination.
