Adding value to your business
We can help you improve the efficiency of your IT projects and provide you with the right experts to deliver them.
Alongside our wide range of IT training courses, we also provide consultancy, software development, and software testing services to a continuously growing customer base. All of our instructors work as IT professionals as well, so their knowledge is not only theoretical but also built on years of hands-on experience. In line with our instructors’ areas of expertise, we offer consulting in several fields.
Following the rapid development of recent years, software testing has become a profession in its own right, with its own methodology and toolset. In our experience, building a well-functioning and efficient testing team is a major challenge for most organisations. Drawing on our long-standing connection with the ISTQB community, we offer a wide range of ISTQB-certified courses and take on software testing activities related to development projects and product launches.

A common step in the evolution of corporate systems is building an Excel- or Access-based solution that can handle day-to-day tasks. Of course, it is important to be aware of the limitations of Microsoft Office tools; however, their outstanding capabilities often make fairly complex solutions possible—especially when combined with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) macros. The right tool for the job: why use an expensive database that requires operations and developer resources if you can solve the task with Access forms? Why introduce a workflow management system if you can model the process effectively in Excel?
We have extensive experience in developing custom Microsoft Office-based solutions. We can design and build these systems for you, or further enhance your existing solutions.
The drive to improve the efficiency and success rate of IT organisations has led to the adoption of various project management methodologies.
We can help you improve the efficiency of your IT projects and provide you with the right experts to deliver them.
Today, a broad range of tools is available to support software testing, and companies often find it difficult to choose the best product for their needs. Our years of experience in training and tool adoption can help you select the right solution. We identify the most suitable tool, perform installation and customization, establish governance processes, and train your team to use it effectively. We also monitor tool usage and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Introducing the TPI Next testing process development methodology
Not sure whether your testing processes are on the right track? Would you like to further develop testing within your organisation? Our experts assess your current testing process and recommend practical improvement steps. Request a free introductory meeting with us to clarify the key challenges.
TPI Next is a framework developed by Sogeti. It is one of the four most widely used methodologies with a similar focus. It is designed to assess and improve testing processes while treating testing as a closely integrated part of project activities. In addition, it places strong emphasis on aligning testing with business strategy and objectives.
The core of the model is process development, with the help of which you can achieve significant results:

Optimizing database and other server products, performance tweaking
Significant improvements can often be achieved by making small changes to existing systems. These options are always worth exploring.
Databases built on solid database design principles often remain operational for a long time; however, in almost every case there comes a point when the system slows down and users complain about excessive waiting times. Developers then start patching the system: adding new indexes, deleting unnecessary data, scaling hardware, and so on.
When changing an application’s architecture, you almost always have improvement levers available: process changes, caching, redundant storage, denormalized tables, partitioning, and so on. However, these changes typically require development work and cannot be implemented purely at an operations level; consequently, they can be costly and may introduce new errors.
The gradual slowdown of databases caused by increasing data volumes is a widespread challenge with many contributing factors: database technology, hardware, number of users, client applications, and more. That is why we cannot offer a one-size-fits-all recipe. In our experience, it is often possible to achieve meaningful performance improvements with minimal changes. These options are worth exploring before operations teams or developers embark on costly investments.
