Enrolment
The aim of our Professional Scrum Master professional development program is to introduce participants to a more nuanced knowledge of agile, several agile frameworks (Scrum, Spotify, Nexus, SAFe) and to give the Scrum Masters the advanced tools and knowledge they need in their everyday life. We do this by supporting the participants’ learning process through professional development program and individual mentoring sessions, specific situation simulations and case studies.
We offer our training to individuals or groups who are committed to supporting agile teams effectively, who consider themselves capable of adopting a servant leadership approach rather than a management approach, and believe in the power of teams, creativity and cooperation.
