Professional Scrum Master training - Dates and application

Applying for closed-group training

If you and your colleagues are attending a closed group training course and you have a training date code, you can apply here.

Application

There is no public date announced for this training. We will be able to launch it in case of sufficient public or group demand. Submit your application without any obligations and we will inform you if we can start it!

The aim of our Professional Scrum Master training is to introduce participants to a more nuanced knowledge of agile, several agile frameworks (Scrum, Spotify, Nexus, SAFe) and to give the Scrum Masters the advanced tools and knowledge they need in their everyday life. We do this by supporting the participants’ learning process through training and individual mentoring sessions, specific situation simulations and case studies.

We offer our training to individuals or groups who are committed to supporting agile teams effectively, who consider themselves capable of adopting a servant leadership approach rather than a management approach, and believe in the power of teams, creativity and cooperation.

For the 50-hour programme, we are looking for professionals who meet at least ONE of the following conditions:

  • at least 2 years of professional experience in an agile team OR
  • Professional Scrum Master I. (PSM I.) certification OR
  • have already completed a Scrum Master training and are currently developing their skills independently (by working on websites, books, videos, e-learning materials) - candidates can provide information on this in a short survey
In order to ensure that the programme is attended by candidates with the same experience, participants' knowledge is assessed through a short interview.

The Scrum Master role requires constant self-development in several complex knowledge areas. Once you know the basics, you will find that the world opens up and you are exposed to new models, management trends, modern theories and tools. Our main goal in the training is to present and try out useful and indispensable tools and develop skill sets for practicing Scrum Masters from the wealth of information available.

Our 3×2 day training programme is designed with an approach that supports the continuous development of the participants.

  • Training days (3×2 days, 48 hours) In the total of six training days, six key knowledge areas will be covered, which the Scrum Masters will be able to use in practice following the training.
  • Individual online coaching/mentoring (2 hours/participant) opportunities for participants to have their questions answered by certified coaches and agile coaches between training days and to support their individual development journey.
  • Case studies and exercises to do at home (approx. 15 hours) we support this intensive and continuous development opportunity for all our participants.
Taking into account the intensity of the programme, the number of participants was set at between 4 and 10 people, which allows everyone to have the opportunity to experience the situations in the Scrum Master role.
The programme can also be delivered in an organizational setting, in which case the situations and scenarios are tailored to the client's needs.
