The application of agile methodologies is becoming inevitable in more and more projects. There are several theoretical methods for applying these, but in most cases teams working in a market environment ask, “OK, but how do you realize this in practice?

Thanks to the overwhelming success of our in-house developed project simulation, we also launched it in the form of an open program so that even more product owner or scrum master may receive a detailed process and set of tools based on their own experience, with which to answer this question.

The course is recommended to Product Owners, project managers, scrum masters and teamswho wish to plan and prepare business projects in an agile environment and approach along an easy-to-see-through process and wish to acquire the related set of tools.

Although we go through the agile basics in the course, it is still an advantage if attendees have already encountered the basic agile terms and way of thinking and are familiar with its elements.

Our 2-day program was compiled as a no-frills, to-the-point practical course, which simulates tasks from the arising of a project idea or ‘project dream’ through to its delivery. The program is rather intensive, containing about 20% theory and 80% practical elements so we set the number of attendees per group between 4 and 7.

During the course we devote close attention to the steps and techniques preceding sprints and iterations as many agile projects fail due to improper planning. The course may also be organized on site, in which case we simulate the sample project proposed by the client.

If required, we will help you to obtain the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Product Owner I. (PSPO I.) certification within a 4-hour session after the training. The 4-hour additional module includes an 80-question exam simulation and its joint evaluation.
