The course will teach students the most wide-spread TMMi process development model, its background, structure, details of how it is provided, as well as preparing students for the TMMi Professional exam.
On the one hand, those in a position to make decisions in the field of software development (project managers, test managers, middle and top managers) who are able to develop processes at their discretion, as well as those interested in providing process development as a service; but testers, requirement managers, quality assurance engineers and developers may also pick up practical hints.
Fundamental knowledge of software testing is a must. Familiarity with other process development models is an advantage.

Due to the nature of the TMMi Professional exam, the course mainly focuses on the structure and contents of the method. However, it also gives a brief overview of process development models, their relationship to the CMMI product development model, the types of process development service and its process. Moreover, in the supplementary materials you will find several exercises aimed at broadening your knowledge, as well as sample exam questions helping you prepare for the TMMi Professional exam.
