Agile approaches are spreading like wildfire in business circles. Some are fond of them, others reject them but whichever group you belong to, it is clear that at the very least it is worth knowing this way of thinking.
Fo those who have not yet come across agile project management, we can teach you the fundamentals effectively in this short training program.
For all those who:
- are learning about agile project management
- wish to realize their projects in a much closer co-operation with their customers and clients
- work on projects that are realized in a highly volatile environment
- wish to strengthen a value-centered attitude during their projects
- have not employed this approach before but wish to try and introduce it in the near future
No previous knowledge is required.
During the comprehensive program we will look at the basics of agility, as well as examining the Scrum and Kanban methodologies in detail.
