SAFe® for Teams group training with international exam - Dates and application
Applying for closed-group training
Application
Agile Release Train (ART) refers to large teams of around 75-125 people, which can be divided into independent teams of 5-10 people. The SAFe® for Teams training provides guidance and tools for those working in teams, even in a virtual environment, within the SAFe® framework.
The training is ideal for Lean-Agile team members who want to gain experience of how the SAFe® Agile Release Train works. Participants will learn how to dissect features, write user stories, develop the different processes of the team and the train, and also how to plan and execute each iteration.
The SAFe framework is used by a wide range of large companies, from financial, TELCO or even the pharmaceutical industries, so the knowledge gained can be immediately applied in such organisations.
