Get the full PRINCE2® 7th edition certification in 5 days, in one training package! In the Foundation level module, you will learn the basics of the PRINCE2® methodology, while in the Practitioner training you will learn how to apply and customise it in real projects. At the end of the training, you will have the opportunity to pass both formal exams, so you can complete the course with comprehensive knowledge and an internationally recognised qualification.
It is recommended for anyone who wants to learn more about the PRINCE2® methodology and obtain an internationally recognised qualification. It is particularly useful for project managers, team leaders, coordinators, analysts, quality assurance professionals and anyone who is looking for a structured and effective project management methodology in any industry and who wants to deepen their knowledge in practice and thus become more actively involved in a project.
- Intermediate English knowledge is a prerequisite for the course because the course material and the exam are also in English.
Project management came about as a result of the need to coordinate more and more complex projects, sometimes even different professional fields, as well as tight deadlines, the need for accurate planning, reuseability and generalizability. In order to satisfy these demands, several organizations have tried to provide solutions since the 1960s and the current methodologies are the result of decades of development and continuous updating. The two best known methodologies, PMI® and PRINCE2®, follow a similar approach. However, they differ somewhat regarding details.

The attendees of our intensive course will learn about the widely used PRINCE2® methodology in detail, as well as its key elements. The PRINCE2® methodology was developed in the United Kingdom and it was published in 1996 as the fruit of the work of about 150 European organizations. Its current version can be used generally and for a wide range of projects.

During the first 3 days of the 5-day intensive course, we present the theory and practice of PRINCE2® methodology, thus preparing you for AXELOS’s PRINCE2® Foundation international certification exam. During the following 2 days, you will be prepared for the PRINCE2® Practitioner certification exam as well.

This course incorporates a combination of an instructor-led training as well as a remotely monitored qualification exam. The Foundation and the Practitioner certifications can be obtained online at a preferred date and time after attending the instructor-led training. The exam voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue.
PRINCE2® Foundation Examination Format:
- Available in English + 11 other languages,
- Multiple-choice questions,
- 60 questions per paper,
- 36 marks required (out of a total of 60) to pass: 60%,
- One hour's (60 minutes) duration,
- Closed book.
PRINCE2® Practitioner Examination Format:
- Available in English + 11 other languages,
- Objective testing
- 70 questions per paper
- 42 marks or more required to pass (out of 70 available): 60%
- Two-and-a-half hours’ (150 minutes) duration, no additional reading time
- Open book. Only the official printed hard copy of the PRINCE2® 7 Managing Successful Projects is allowed.
To attend the PRINCE2® 7 Practitioner exam, one must hold one of the following certifications:

- Project Professional Qualification (PPQ)

The price of the course includes the exam fees of 405.000 HUF + VAT, which contains compulsorily a digital textbook (eBook) as well as the official training material.
Using Take2 option if you pay 20.500 HUF + VAT, / exam you can resit the exam one additional time.
Starting in 2023, all PeopleCert Global Best Practice certifications will need to be renewed after 3 years.
