By accessing the website of the www.masterfield.hu IT training centre, users accept the following terms, even if they do not use the site as registered users:

• All rights relating to the copying and distribution of any part of the Masterfield Training Centre website are reserved, in particular with regard to IT course descriptions and syllabuses.
  
  
• Electronic storage, processing, or sale of the content of Masterfield Training Centre is prohibited without the prior written consent of Masterfield Training Centre.
  
  
• The program code and programming examples published on the Masterfield Training Centre website (Java, JavaScript, JSP, PHP, PL/SQL, Python, MS SQL, and other programming languages) may be used for private purposes; however, they are protected by copyright, and the source must be cited when publishing any material. Although we have thoroughly checked the sources of the program code, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage arising from improper use.
  
  
• We cannot accept responsibility for any damage arising from improper or malicious use of IT security tools, ethical hacking/white-hat hacking tools, penetration testing tools, and other tools published on the Masterfield Training Centre website that are intended to protect IT systems or to test system security.
  
  
• Using content from the Masterfield Training Centre website (including course and training syllabuses) is permitted only with reference to Masterfield Training Centre and with its prior written permission.
  
  
• Copying, printing, or selling IT course and IT training syllabuses as your own courses is permitted only with the prior written permission of Masterfield Training Centre.
  
  
• The www.masterfield.hu domain is protected by copyright. Its use—excluding references—is permitted only with the written permission of Masterfield Training Centre. Unauthorised use may result in criminal prosecution as well as civil legal consequences.
  
  
• Masterfield Training Centre may demand that the infringement cease and may seek damages.

Registering for courses

You can register for our current courses and training programmes on our website or by phone. We will first confirm your registration by email and send you the application form, which you submit to officially confirm your enrolment. You can then pay the course fee in person or by bank transfer.

Paying course and training fees

Course fees are normally paid in one lump sum no later than 5 working days before the first day of the course. In the case of bank transfer, please transfer the relevant amount to the following bank account: 10700385-24188609-51100005. You may pay in cash at our office between 9:00 and 16:00 on working days at 1138 Budapest, Madarász Viktor u. 47–49. Please note that if the above deadline is missed, Masterfield Training Centre reserves the right to fill any vacancies in the course with other participants.

Cancelling courses and trainings

Up to 5 working days before the start of the course, you may cancel your registration free of charge, or switch to a different course or date. If you cancel or postpone your application to a later date within 5 working days of the course start date, you will be charged 30% of the original course fee as a cancellation/modification fee. Certain courses have different cancellation rules with stricter conditions (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP). For courses delivered in English, the application deadline is 1 month before the start of the course. Cancellation is not possible within one month of the start date, and the full course fee will be invoiced. Only written cancellation is accepted.

Switching course or training participants

You may replace the participant on the application form with another person who meets the basic course requirements, free of charge. Please inform us no later than 2 working days before the start of the course.

When a course or training is cancelled

If the course date changes compared to the announced date, we will notify participants in writing. If the new date is not suitable for you, you may switch to another course free of charge or withdraw your application.
