This course incorporates a combination of an instructor-led training as well as a remote monitored qualification exam. The ITIL® 4 Specialist certification can be obtained online at a preferred date and time after attending the instructor-led training.
ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create Deliver and Support CDS Exam
- 40 multiple choice questions
- 90 minutes
- Pass mark: 70% or 28/40
- Closed book
The ITIL® 4 Specialist exam is taken online in a remote monitored way.
The price of the course includes the exam fee of 222.500 HUF + VAT, which contains a non-optional digital textbook (eBook).
Take2: If you pay 20.500 HUF + VAT, you can resit the exam one additional time.
The ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support certificate has an expiry period of 3 years.
