This SIAM™ Foundation Course is designed for individuals who are involved in or responsible for managing the integration of multiple service providers to deliver seamless and effective services to organisations. This certification focuses on evaluating an individual's knowledge of the fundamental principles and practices of managing multiple service providers to deliver integrated and value-driven services to the organisation. The format of the exam is as follows:
